2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport

Had a great experience with this dealership. Well it was Kyle who went above and beyond. I was in the market for a Toyota Tacoma and thankfully Raleigh Imports website popped up with one. Not only did it have low mileage for the year but it was also kept in pristine condition for a 25 year old truck. Yes, when I first looked at it there was a crack in the front window but Kyle ended up saying no problem and fixed it before I drove it off the lot, with no extra charge. Which was really surprising especially since these again are hard to come by. Anyways, Kyle always took the time to communicate effectively and efficiently with me, he even helped coordinate picking me up from a bus station to get the truck. He is the real deal for I got a reliable Toyota Tacoma! Thanks Kyle!

What a fantastic experience. Kyle was a straight shooter, and upfront and honest with everything. The process was basically effortless. He made it so easy, and explained everything. Even replaced a couple of tires on the car at no cost. I just got the car, and feel pretty confident about its quality, but so far so good. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Raleigh Imports! When I arrived , I knew exactly what I wanted to see. Kyle showed me the vehicle and gave my dad and I time to check it out and test drive it. He gave us space and wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated! He made sure that any issues that we had were addressed. I will definitely go back to Raleigh Imports the next time I am in the market for a vehicle!!
