2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury

Was in the market for a van and found a nice toyota sienna here a few weeks ago. I worked with Chris and Bob, and they were down to earth and just generally good guys to be around. They let me have plenty of test driving before pulling the trigger. My credit union was dragging their feet, almost like they didn't care about money (weird), but Chris was more than willingly to wait for their response, as he knew it would save me money on interest (the price for the van itself was already a great deal too). No pressure whatsoever. If I find myself is the used car market again, I will 100% start there first.

I've been here twice, once for new tire installation and once for an oil change. In both instances, I came away very satisfied with my experience. Russell provides excellent customer service, the work was done in a professional and timely manner, the prices were reasonable, and the shop is very well maintained. If you need automotive service in the Winchester area, this is a place worth checking out.

Simply put, you will not find a more reliable and customer friendly car dealership. I have been buying cars from Chris Rathel for decades. Don’t be fooled by the doublespeak common with franchise “players” whose concerns end with their profit margins. UAG is the only dealer that I recommend to friends and family based on experience, not hyped up marketing schemes.
