2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport

I had an overall great experience getting my new E350, and John Bailey deserves all the credit! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all as many car salesman can be. He made sure I knew all the car options in my price range and that I knew all my financing options as well! Definitely will be coming back for my next vehicle purchase!

Brooks is fantastic, there were a couple issues with the vehicle upon delivery that I didn’t notice on the test drive and he’s got them taken care of quickly. Also Drew Davis in finance makes the paperwork a breeze. The entire team at this dealership is top-notch. I love how they do the right thing without having to be asked or strong armed into doing so. That’s why I bought another Mercedes, and bought it from them. This was my second purchase with Brooks and Music City, and will not be the last.
