Generally satisfied with service (Sprinter) and VERY satisfied with Laura (Sprinter service writer). At last visit I had tires rotated and technician commented that tire pressures were checked yet they were not. I had to stop on my way home to bring tires to pressures as specified by Mercedes.
Laurent is always so helpful and attentive. He makes sure I’m serviced in a timely manner and continuously keeps me updated on the process. He even advised me to speak with sales rep Jennifer about an inquiry I had and she was just as great!
Had my service done last week at this location. I immediately asked for Katie because from past experiences she has always treated me as if I was her only "Customer of the Day". She kept me informed and detailed on each thing done. She is very professional and courteous and I left there feeling like I had being treated fairly and treated with respect.
