2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury

This car dealership is the best in San Antonio, in my opinion! It's a Needle in the Hay Stock! Vlad has a Great knowledge about cars! Call him first and it will save you time and money to find a car. I did research for the cars in used car dealers over four weeks! Visit at least two of them every day over three weeks! I had a short time to find a good car and I had limited money! My coworker sent me a recommendation for this place. OMG! I bought one car from them in 2019 in the previous location. I had no issue with the car, no repairs! This place only has clean cars, ready to drive out! I bought a second car from this dealership three weeks ago! I'm very happy with the car! Thank you, Vlad, Angela and your team members! Vlad is going above and beyond to satisfy his customers! Thank You very much!

This was an amazing experience. Vlad and Peter dealt with us at our own pace. We had been looking in many different places and were somewhat disappointed. We told Vlad exactly what we were looking for and produced something that was way beyond what we were hoping to find. He told me that he had exactly what I was looking for and over the phone he told me "you will like this car so much that if you drive it you will buy it. " And he was right. We didn't need to buy a car. We WANTED to buy a car and Vlad and Peter made the decision very easy for us.

We were out car shopping for our son for his first car. We had actually went to a dealership down the street but they were closed... on a Saturday. So I did a quick search and saw the great reviews for North Star Auto Sales down the street so I said let's check it out. We were greeted by staff and looked around at the selection of used cars. They had a great variety and great prices. Everyone was helpful with any questions and kept our price range in mind. They showed me a car and let me test drive it right away and I had made up my mind right then and there. Vlad was especially helpful through the whole process. He even had great music playing in the office that I had to get from him! He was great with communicating with us and made sure we got the car we loved for our son. They weren't pushy, they weren't sketchy... they were real people helping people. That's the way car buying should be. I will definitely keep Vlad and his staff in mind and recommend them to anyone when looking for a great car deal. They surpassed my expectations. We surprised my son with his car and he's in awe of his new ride. Thank you Vlad and everyone at North Star Auto!
