OMG!!! This car dealership took care of me and got me in a vehicle I picked online for my push present to myself. Everything was done online and most things was already processed when I got there. The whole process took a short time. Mr Jason has very good communication skills and has a awesome personality for this career. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Also, taught me how to use the new tech on the vehicle. Also, Mr Frederick took care of me in the finance department and explained everything thoroughly. I loved how he broke down the information so you don't feel like you are lost and don't understand what's being explained. Lexus of cool springs is a great place to buy a vehicle and hands down the best customer service I've had in a while.

Michael May was hands down the most amazing dealer to work with. We were purchasing a used car from him and he made the process seamless and easy as can be.
