2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport

I had been searching for an affordable, reliable, used car for about a week or more. After going to 6 dealerships and constantly being told “sorry that vehicle sold last week” I finally found Alex at this dealership. They have the cleanest, BEST DETAILED used cars I’ve ever seen. They let me take the car I ended up buying to a mechanic just for peace of mind and my mechanic said that even he would buy the vehicle it was in such good condition. I love that they keep their website up to date so I don’t have to waste any time on asking to see a vehicle that hasn’t been on the lot in a week. Alex was incredibly patient with me and my mom and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future. GO HERE and support an excellent small (growing) business. You will not regret it!!!

While I had a good experience I think for the sake of constructive criticism I needed to leave a 4 star instead. I was helped by Alexander throughout the whole day from start to finish which is a great change from the bigger dealers. I also received a good price for my trade in that they came up to meet my price I was happy with. However, a lot of cosmetic damage was neglected to be discussed on the vehicle I purchased and while they did mount new tires, did not balance them properly. The price was very competitive and overall I would recommend them again, I think going for as a smaller business need to make sure to discuss damages and follow up on work done to make sure it was done right.

For being first time car buyers it was very nerve wrecking but with the two gentlemen, Alexander and jeff, they helped us out so much!! They stuck to their word and offered us a car at an amazing price! Would definitely recommend checking them out!!
