I recently bought a 2021 grand jeep Cherokee and let me say Carolyn hands down was probably the best sells person ever . I’ve been to many other dealerships around pinehurst area . As soon as I got to the dealership she approached me with a smile she was very sweet and straight to business , very easy to talk too . She helped me find the right vehicle for me . They didn’t have my car at the time on the lot so she kept great contact with me , sent me many cars until we found the right one . It is absolutely perfect fate that I connected with Pinehurst Toyota. Kimberly’s friendly, professional, communicative, no pressure emails have come to me for little while. It let me look at or pass on their current inventory. I’ve only recently come into the market and was looking for a new car. I found out Kimberly wasn’t a salesperson. I asked her to refer someone to me with the same professional, communicative, honest, no pressure characteristics. She referred Hayli. Hayli was amazing. She listened we talked about what I was looking for in a vehicle and what might fit or not my needs and or budget. She was patient with me. She showed me a couple models had me evaluate what I liked and didn’t like and tried to narrow it down. She didn’t try to push a sale but gave me her complete attention. We test drove one and checked a few more different type of models to narrow it on the top pick. After patiently waiting for me to make a decision and work everything out in my head/finances, we sent paperwork onto the finance department. Again, I was lucky to get Eric. He was patient communicative, transparent, and made the whole experience, easy as pie.
