2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport

I was looking for a first car for our son a couple of weeks ago, so I called Keating Nissan to inquire about a used car they listed online. I was connected to the sales general manager, Kevin. I asked him what the dealer fees were, and he said they were as advertised on the car I was calling about and stated (we do not have hidden fees) I went to the dealership the next morning, and the young lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile. She was very polite and helpful as she introduced me to Kevin. I spoke to Kevin for a moment regarding the vehicle I called about, and he had one of the salesmen (Roberto) bring the car around. The car was everything I was looking for, for our son and decided to move forward with the purchase, and as Kevin stated previously, there were no hidden fees. I was extremely happy with the final deal and was out the door in no time. The young lady at the front desk, Kevin, the general manager Roberto the Salesman and the gentleman in financing were all great. My son has had his car for a couple of weeks now, and he loves it. I highly recommend Keating Nissan.

WOW!!! Susan at Keating Nissan was nothing short of fabulous! We spoke early yesterday morning...I told her the vehicle I was interested in & after telling her the experience we had with a different dealership scheduling us an appointment to test drive a vehicle they had already sold, she went & got the one I wanted, pulled it up front & held onto the keys until we could make the over an hour drive. Susan made the entire process so easy & impressively quick! From the second she walked up to greet us, I knew we were in the right place. Everyone we encountered at Keating Nissan was wonderful.
