Bought a car I really like from them last week, then a minor mechanical issue came up and they took care of it with no hassle. I found them to be honest, trustworthy, professional and nice. I purchased a Toyota Sienna from Santa Cruz Motors and was truly amazed by the service they provided me. Michael and Jorge went above and beyond to accommodate me with my purchase. The vehicle I purchased was pristine and in immaculate condition. I explained to them that I would drive the vehicle home which was 567 miles away. I had not seen the vehicle personally but they sent me pictures of the vehicle inside and out and assured me that the vehicle would make the trip with no issues. They even showed pictures of the tire tread to reassure me that they had plenty of tread and should not have issues for the long haul home. I have never purchased a vehicle without taking it for a test drive but this was just an experience I will never forget because their high rating is why they made my buying experience worth repeating.
