2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport

My review comes because of my personalized and amazing experience with Vick. I’ve been searching for my dream car but always struggled with independent dealerships and the many “schemes” such as last minute parts being forced on to you. At Car city sales I found the e92 M3 I wanted! Vick was crystal clear and upfront of the pricing, the process to buy and zero surprises were to be expected. Of the many experiences I have buying from large retailers, this independent shop was by far my favorite experience. He went as far to retint the windows because he didn’t feel it was okay for me to take a car home with damaged tint. Do not hesitate! If you are looking for an e9x M3 or other vehicle, stop looking and work with Vick! Thanks Vick for your trust and honesty!

This review is coming from a satisfied customer 4 years after the fact. In 2018 I needed to buy a good used car for daily use, so I started googling around for car prices in my area. Car City had among the best deals posted so I decided to walk in and check them out. From the moment I arrived, Vic helped me through the entire car buying process in a very professional and transparent manner. To this day I am so glad I purchased my Q50 from these guys; I even referred my dad, as he needed to buy a car for himself! (his car has also been great). I can't recommend Car City enough! 5/5

I changed my review. I had posted a 1 star but had mistaken this dealership for another. I looked at alot of cars that weekend. I give Vic 5 stars for following up with me to see if there was anything he could do to correct the problem after reading the review. Vic, I apologize for the mix up. Nice car, just not the one for me.
