I can't say enough nice things about Westwood Auto Sales - Westheimer location. Ferris and Ozzy in the finance department were able to help me out immediately and got the financing I needed. They worked quickly and got the vehicle I wanted and so much more. I will do business with them again in the future.

I absolutely love this place. The service as fast , the safe are nice and the environment is friendly. The owner along with his associates work with your budget to get you an affordable quality car. I have our purchased three cars and I can say I will continue buying from them.

I know there are some bad reviews, and I can't speak on those. My experience as a whole was a very straightforward and no headache. I called about a black 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback. Got there, he showed me the car and let me look at everything. It was close to closing, and he even let me test drive it the same day. I said, "Let's go ahead and do it." Now I was Pre-approved from my bank, so my process was different from others. He told me straight up it would be ready on Monday but called me on Saturday and told me it was ready to go. I will say It did not come with a full tank of gas, oil change, and the tire sensor is on, he states it is faulty and if it's not turned off after 6000 miles they will replace it. The inside was cleaned, and to me, that's okay. He also helped me with a 6 month engine and transmission warranty because Hondas are reliable long life cars. The overall experience was pleasant, and the guy was honest to me. So I can only go off of that itself. It was a great interaction overall! Personally would recommend.
