We had such a great experience with Nash Auto! After going to several different dealers and so much time spent looking for our car, Nash auto exceeded all my expectations. Truthfully we were losing hope. They were the only place that seemed to want to help and actually negotiated and worked out something around my budget. They were the ONLY place that did that. Shannon especially was amazing, she was very patient with us and we didn’t feel rushed or have that feel that it was just about the numbers or sales. I wouldn’t buy any car anywhere else and will be recommending my family and friends here in the future! They even went above and beyond since our car runs off of hydrogen gas and reached out after we bought our car to offer to fill it up. Talk about amazing customer service! We love our car too!
We were looking for a specific vehicle to surprise our soon to be sweet sixteen daughter and found the car online at this dealership, Nash Auto in Costa Mesa. This dealership specialized in used vehicles mostly Toyotas & Lexus. We came on a Sunday and was greeted with a smile by Shannon. JR the sales manager gave us the keys to the 2015 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Ultra white color with rioja red leather seats. Hubby and I took it for a test drive and pretended to be high school sweethearts all over again lol. This car was a beauty. We did our homework, this car had no accidents and was well maintained. The inside was basically a new car and the outside was very clean. JR hand pick his cars and he said he loved this one in particular because I it's not an easy find. She came all the way from Florida. We decided on the purchase right away. They offer financing but we respectfully decline because we decided to cash it. Everything was no hassle. Shannon finished up the paperwork, had the car filled with gas, handed us the keys, and we were on our way. Can't wait to surprise our daughter on Halloween for her sweet sixteen birthday! I highly recommend Nash Auto for you next used car purchase. If you don't see what you're looking for, give your 411 to JR and he will find it for you.
