I had a very specific car in mind when visits Darmax Auto so when I arrived and was offered a test drive immediately, I was happy to know that Darmax lets the cars speak for themselves. I wasn’t bothered with pressuring questions or silly small talk. When it came to negotiations, I was in shock at the dealer fee. However, this fee is similar to many other dealerships including Koons, one of the biggest around. I just moved to VA so I wasn’t aware this is “the norm”. Despite this, we were able to negotiate to a place where I felt was reasonable for both parties. Since then, I’ve enjoyed my purchase without issue. Darmax seems to strive in finding quality used cars with good maintenance history.
