He was also kind, patient, and helpful as well. He carefully walked me through a lot of the logistics and made sure everything went smoothly. Lastly, a gentlemen named Eulee (I’m sorry if I am butching the spelling) carefully and painstakingly removed the crossbars on the truck. The service department was backed up, so Eulee stepped up. This wasn’t his job or responsibility to do, but he did it anyway. He was very kind and very helpful. I came in with my wife and father; and we all agreed the dealer floor felt open and lively.
