2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

So I found a car on cars . com that was at this dealership. I reached out and was only treated with the most respect and customer service. People, these guys sell used 10+ year old cars. From what I can tell, they get most of their cars at auctions and just flip them. A lot of things can happen to a car over 10 years old. Do your own homework on a car. There is “car fax” to help with histories of a certain car. Now back to Dams auto. Shelly was great. I was a cash buyer who also needed to fly into Cleveland to see the car they had. They did insist and require a small deposit to hold the car for me. I needed a couple of days to arrange an airline ticket and arrive at their dealership. The car was exactly as advertised !!!!! I have had the car over 2 weeks. I drove it 1500 miles home and have had zero problems since I purchased it. Zero issues. People reading this review. Have some common sense. Take each review for what it is. Bad credit, bad car, blah blah blah. Do your own homework. I had a A+++ experience with these guys and you can too. Good luck finding your car.

This dealership is super easy to work with (especially Marin who was with me throughout the entire transaction). All great guys! They make the "buying experience" fun & easy. I am very happy with my purchase (a truck)...their inventory seems like all decent products with super pricing. I will definitely do business with them again! Thank you all for a "HASSLE FREE" experience!!! P.S. my daughter's boyfriend purchased a car here, I purchased a car here and soon my daughter will be looking to purchase a car here as well! Staff is very friendly and helpful! They helped me find the car of my dreams and it was in great condition!! Will definitely return for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend this place.
