Went there after finding what was a vehicle I was going to buy somewhere else. I had called Sam in the morning before heading out on my mission with my wife to check out some trucks. The original truck I had called about was already sold but Sam told me he had just got another one in and he thinks I should come and check it out. He said it was nicer than the first one. I was already satisfied with what I had found but I decided to go to Pio anyway because I told them I would. When I got there they had the truck in the back being washed. I went inside and met Ben. He took us out and showed the truck to us while they were washing it. It was so nice I couldn’t believe it. We took it out for a test drive and my wife and I decided to buy it. At no time was there any type of usual car dealer salesmanship going on here. We actually got the truck cheaper than asking. We got a really good deal. And I’m sure that the only reason I ended up with this truck was because I was the first person to see it. Then putting the deal together was another story. The person who helped us with the paper work was named Kathy.and she was very patient and professional. Super nice. Everyone we encounters at Pio was super cool. We feel like we made some new friends yesterday. They also have a great selection of vehicles. In the future if I need another car I’d call them first to see what they have. Shopping for cars is tedious. The people you deal with make all the difference. These people are down to earth regular people. It is not a big place. But it is a happy place.
