Although we did not end up purchasing with Hyatt, I was overwhelmingly impressed with their prompt assistance and customer service. When other dealerships were making me wait 30 minutes to see a car I couldn't even test drive, Hyatt had it waiting with the A/C running when I pulled up. Don't let this dealer get crossed off your list! Check them out.
The negative reviews had me skeptical at first, but I went there with the hope that the reviews did not reflect the type of people they were. I got a great truck that I drove from Lexington,to Florence, and to the upstate in Clemson with no issues. Very happy with my F-150. If I could suggest anything make sure you ask for the car facts if you have your heart set on a vehicle which they provide as well.
