We had a great experience during March buying a new Toyota Camry at Fitzgerald Toyota in Gaithersburg. This is the second Toyota Camry that we have bought there. Not only was their no haggle price better than the other local dealers, but the customer service was beyond excellent. Davon Davis in sales provided tremendous help. He's a great sales and customer person - took care of every last detail. Beman in Finance made the purchase paperwork easy to complete - a wonderful professional. First of all let me say I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg. I feel like I had some Divine intervention that led me there. I checked reviews of other local dealers for guidance and saw a stellar review for David Dean. I decided right then that David was my guy to buy a car from. I went in person and he was selling a car to someone else and I said I’ll wait. When I met him he was warm and kind and very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable with him and we had a good time. We found a car that was perfect for me - a Corolla Hatchback. I love it. The buying process was great with no hassles. David gave me all the info I needed and I bought the car. During the process he introduced me to Kevin Flynn the Sales Manager. He is a great person as well with a good heart and offered valuable guidance. All went smoothly including the lovely lady in finance who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. My overall experience with David and everyone was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend David and this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new car.
