2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport 4MATIC

Absolutely loved the entire experience I had with this dealership and particularly with their salesmen Hasham. He went above and beyond and made things virtually as quick and as easy as possible!! The car was extremely clean inside and out and he sent me special videos of the car, he helped me tremendously in getting a loan with a fantastic Credit Union that I will use indefinitely and the process of getting all of the documents and everything signed for the loan and etc. He was very personal while still being highly professional. Once the loan and everything got fully approved I was reminded that it would take upwards of 10 days for it to be delivered across the country to me so since I could hardly wait I flew in to Chicago from the coast of Mississippi and it was awesome to meet him and his manager in person. He was very pleased seeing such a remarkable car go into such good hands cause I really drove the car. He would even check on me when I was driving it back to make sure I made it home safe! I did. However, unfortunately due to something completely random it did not work out with this M6 and I got another one literally almost exactly like it, but he was still there for me every step of the way rooting me on! There was another M6 that I did not buy because the seller was just.. let's just say seemingly not the nicest guy on earth so I did not buy from him. I am one of the top insurance Agent/Producer/Brokers in the country so I understand sales and customer service extremely well and this is exactly the type of person I'd want to buy from, literally. I'd like to make it a point that if you live far away I would not worry at all about buying from this dealer, in fact if they have the car you want I would strongly encourage it! Chicago Auto Capitol reimbursed me $200 that I paid for the inspection prior to purchasing the vehicle and additionally the $1,200 I had paid for shipping! It was my first time in Chicago, but I know I'll be back one day and have a feeling I'll be seeing them again! Thanks a million Hasham & Chicago Auto Capitol

CAC has a great selection of high quality vehicles for great prices! They select the vehicles based on quality and prior vehicle maintenance so as to not sell a vehicle that has the potential to break down sooner than later. Yes, I've had that experience from a sketchy place before and CAC is nothing like that. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond with our particular situation.
