He was very honest about the cars history, and issues that it had prior to them getting it. All of the work they did on the car was exceptional, and they did not cut corners or hide issues. After I bought the car and drove it home, there was a few small issues, but when you buy a 20 year old BMW then drive it hundreds of miles that is to be expected. They were very prompt in helping rectify Issues, and made sure to help in every way possible to take care of it. The buying process was very easy and fast as well.
