I'm not a fan of buying and selling cars, but when the opportunity came up and I needed help, Lou was absolutely the best straight forward person to deal with. He showed me what to do in the proper manner so that everything went smoothly and it was actually fun, It is unusual for me to give out a five star rating, but if anyone deserves it , Lou does.
