2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Drove 4 hours to this dealership as my area had nothing worthwhile to purchase( we have family that live close by). And I am very glad we did. Staff was more than courteous and friendly, easy to negotiate with, and everything was super transparent or explained upfront. Might have been one of the easiest buying moments we have ever dealt with. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Pedro Romero(internet sales manager) Cristian Lopez(sales) and Derek Boating(finance). Would absolutely buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. In fact we are going to bring up our other Acura to have them install some aftermarket parts the next time we visit family in the area.

Easily the most painless, seamless process I’ve ever experienced from a car dealership. I submitted an inquiry for an Integra type S online and was promptly contacted by Pedro who set up an appointment for me. When I got to the dealership Brian Welsh took care of me and set up a test drive. Unfortunately the car that I was interested had been sold the previous morning. This is the point where the character and abilities of Brian and the team around him truly shined brightly. I put a deposit down thinking that if they weren’t able to procure the car I wanted I could just refund it and go elsewhere. Little did I know that I put down a deposit for Brian to go out of his way to find the car with the exact color exterior AND interior and pull strings to have it delivered to Radley’s. Although, the process took around five weeks I so informed about the car that I could pretty much be an employee. Since Brian was better than a FedEx Tracking, I was able to get to the dealers a few minutes before the truck arrived and start the process of purchasing the vehicle. I will say that I never felt pressured to make any decisions or purchase anything I didn’t want to. I got in and out of there in about two hours. Derek the business office guy was also easy to work with. He showed me all the plans but didn’t pressure me to get any of them. Simply informed me what each plan was. Drove off with a brand new Integra type S. Best. Car. EVER. Love it! 10/10 will always recommend the team at Radley’s. Price was fair and was not a surprise to me. Very transparent the whole time. Also, let it be known Brian Welsh correctly guessed the arrival date of my vehicle from 5 weeks out. Feel free to put some pressure on him to replicate this feat.
