We went to Mercedes Benz of Warwick to look at various models. When we entered the showroom we met Frank Giorgio. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly while not being pushy. Based on the information we received, the offer and the experience we decided to purchase our GLC 300 that day. The trade in offer was fair based on Blue Book and there was no pressure during the financing process. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Frank sat with us and explained the features of the car. We are pleased with our new car and our experience.
My experience was great from start to end Michael was my sales associate and I have to say I am impressed with his professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and he has a great personality. I had to order my GLE and he went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Soo happy with my purchase.
Update- Summer 23: today I had another opportunity to interact with Mercedes of Warwick. Thier representative named Austin (first name) is one of the best service professionals I've ever come across! Easy to talk to, gives you full attention and he tells it plainly without guessing or "hoping" . I was really glad to have him. He's a huge asset to this place. This is a pretty good dealership! I brought my Sprinter 3500 recreational vehicle to them. When they fix things, they do it by the book, no halfway fixes! The service representatives are really on the ball and know their jobs very well! Follow up from management is good. Overall, I was treated very fairly, maybe even better than that! Prices are normal for Mercedes. I can trust that the job will be right (which is more than I can say for many RV dealers!)
