????? 5-Star Review for Audi Birmingham (Grant Mill Road) After everything I went through with my 2023 Nissan Rogue and months of warranty drama, walking into Audi Birmingham felt like a complete reset. Esau Carter and Edverett were absolutely outstanding—professional, transparent, and patient from start to finish. They showed me exactly the vehicle I came to see without trying to upsell or push me into something newer or out of my price range. That alone made a huge difference, especially after another dealership had kept me for over three hours trying to pressure me into a deal I couldn’t afford. What really sealed the deal for me was how they treated me after the sale. When my check engine light came on, they ran a diagnostic at no charge—even though the vehicle was purchased used and sold as is. That level of care is rare and says everything about their integrity and customer service. I’ve never had such a smooth, honest, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience. When I’m in a better financial position and this car is paid off, Audi Birmingham will be the first and only place I go to buy an Audi. Hands down, the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

Audi of Birmingham is a good place to buy a car. My wife and I recently bought a 2017 mazda cx-5 from them. The car buying experience there was really good thanks to Matt Damron and Lashawn. They helped my wife and I every step of the way in the process. They replaced the windshield that needed replacing and detailed the car. After having the car for a couple weeks we did run into some issues with one of the sensors under the windshield. We brought the car back and the service department didn't find anything wrong initially and i felt they were a little dismissive. I took the vehicle back and had the same problem, I called Matt and sent the photos i took of the dashboard symbols and he got right on it. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to drive for a while. The process in getting the sensor fixed was frustrating and took about 3 weeks which was way longer than I expected because they had to send it to the mazda dealer and there was some miscommunication between Audi and Mazda. I'm not blaming Audi at all for this but i feel the handling of the matter could have been swifter. Despite that situation I still praise Matt and Lashawn I believe they did everything they could to speed up the process in getting my vehicle back from mazda service department. Everything I asked i felt they were truthful and didn't seem as if they were giving me the run around or were dismissive. I am grateful.
