I would like to start by saying that this review should have been written a long time ago. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a terrible procrastinator, and I despise writing reviews. However, this was something I promised myself I would do in this special circumstance. It was very important that I came back at some point to express my gratitude for the assistance I received at Woodfield Lexus. I worked with some of the most patient and helpful people in order to ultimately purchase the exact car I desired. I was a headache for two people in particular, and they worked very hard to assist me. These two individuals were never anything but the friendliest, most professional people. So I want them, along with anyone who reads this to understand my immense appreciation for all they did to help me. Greg Stone worked with me through a very stressful situation brought on by the Covid pandemic and all the logistical nightmares that entailed. He was extremely patient with me as I made last minute changes, as well as a complete reversal on a model I had originally decided on. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for eventually putting me in my dream car- the 2023 IS 500. I would also like to sincerely thank Dee Melgar for her patience and support as well. Dee was the information expert in terms of inventory and logistics, and she was the one who made all the changes to get the car here. She was so sympathetic of delays caused by a combination of my indecisiveness and transportation slowdowns. She is such an incredibly kind person that she even had some parting gifts for me after the car finally arrived. I was truly shocked by her thoughtfulness. She had no reason to be that kind, as it was my own fault for a good portion of the delays. That just really stuck with me. Therefore, I would just like to reiterate that after I drove off with my car over a year ago, I never forgot the unbelievable experience and support I received from Greg Stone and Dee Melgar at Woodfield Lexus. I owe these two a tremendous amount of gratitude and respect, and I advise anyone interested in a Lexus to work exclusively with them. I want to thank them for everything they did to assist me. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
