2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

I have never bought a car site unseen in my entire life, but decided to take a risk on this one. I know my way around cars (especially e46s) so figured as long as there wasn't a major problem Id be okay, and they provided my with the carfax which had 35+ service records. Did the whole process over the phone and email. There weren't any bogus fees, they set up shipment for me by a transport company (very very affordable quote). It arrived the next day and the car has been great. I just had it undergo a full pre-purchase inspection and aside from usual wear and tear this thing is in incredible shape for a 20 year old car.

This was the single-best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in a very difficult situation with a medical emergency and could not make it to the dealership despite agreeing to terms. Brianna (Sales) and Hamid (Manager) not only agreed to deliver the car to me for a test drive, but allowed me an extra few days on my trade, and delivered the car with valet service (over an hour away from the dealership). They went so far above and beyond from both a customer service perspective and pricing, that I cannot thank them enough. The car is fantastic, it is pristine and I highly recommend this dealership - they're fantastic! If you are looking for a quality used car visit them!

Hamid and his team at VIP are a class act. They make you feel super welcome, their cars are unbelievable, terrific price and they are extremely accommodating. I will never buy a car again from anyone else, and I intend to make sure my friends do the same also.
