2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 4MATIC

I had a great experience with TOP QUALITY. They all were very nice and kind to myself in my family. Anthony, Jean, Nick and Jason were great since day one. We purchased a beautiful Mercedes-Benz GLS 550, they told me that the car was in mint condition and all brakes were recently replaced. I wanted to double check that so decided to bring the vehicle to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Rhode Island just to find out that everything they said was true. I am not usually one to buy from a small used dealer, but I took a chance on Top Quality Auto Sales as they had my dream car on the lot with a great price tag for what I got. Patrick who was my sales guy, was funny and outgoing, he definitely makes you feel at ease by making you feel like you’re a long time friend. Was able to test drive, get my trade checked out, and the paper work done pretty quickly, I even took the car home the same day. Nick my finance guy, he was able to even get bank approval while the bank closed for the day. Jason in finance also helped when I had to bring the car back for servicing he was there to help and assist with my follow up on the repairs, also had the car back in less than a week. Only thing I would recommend when buying a car from them is to make sure you just call them when you need to speak to someone, texting was a bit of a hassle and took a while for a reply back. Other than that, the name Top Quality Auto Sales suites them well and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a luxury car or an affordable option.
