Wow! My experience at Mercedes in Lancaster was amazing from start to finish. Ryan reached out and sent me info on all the cars I requested and set me up for an appointment with Andrew. Andrew was incredible! Professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He set me up with my dream car on the first try! Financing can be stressful but it was actually quick and painless! Once financing was a go I became too excited to remember names but the financing fella was excellent and the sweet gal that went over the technology was top notch! Buying my GLB SUV was an actual PLEASURE! The team in Lancaster were perfectly delightful. Starting with our super salesman, Andy, who was informed, helpful and totally pressure-free. Next was the charming product concierge, Taylor, who was just wonderful- patiently leading me through the technology, assisting me to practice and learn and just plain old fun.
