2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury 4MATIC

I felt compelled to write a review for AAA Express Auto after a great experience this morning. On my way to work, the engine guard under my car came halfway off, just a day after getting repairs done elsewhere, where it clearly wasn’t secured properly. Thankfully, this all happened right in front of AAA Express Auto. I walked over and asked if someone could help, and without hesitation, they jumped in and took care of it. They quickly removed the loose guard, and thanks to them, I was able to make it to work on time. I even offered to pay, and they kindly refused. Their willingness to help a stranger, without expecting anything in return, says a lot about their integrity. I’m truly grateful!

Had a great experience here! Filled out my application on line. John, the new manager, called me back. Did a little paperwork and drove away with my car! Excellent experience! They are going through some renovations! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for the great experience!
