2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Sport 4MATIC

I recently purchased my 2nd car from Gints at "Four Seasons Motor Group", and I want to share my experience. My daughter and I were looking for a specific car for her that would be identical in quality to the first car "Four Seasons" sold us. After searching online for a while, I called Gints with the spec's of what we were looking for... year, make, model, mileage, important safety features, preferred color. He said he would keep a look-out. A week later, Gints called and had found a car that fit our criteria. We went to see it, and it had been perfectly detailed & thoroughly cleaned. He would not sell it to us yet though, because he insisted on having his mechanic Russell install 4 new brakes. After 4 new brakes were installed, we test drove it 3 times and took it to a Volvo mechanic 3 times to make sure it is definitely a good car. Because the car slightly exceeded 124,000 miles, the Volvo mechanic suggested the Serpentine belt should be replaced to align with the 120,000 mile Volvo-suggested maintenance schedule. So to honor Volvo "120,000 mile service time" recommendations, Russell replaced the serpentine belt using Volvo parts. Gints has been exceptional in every way, extremely professional, a good listener, and so very helpful through the whole process, making it no-stress. Gints ordered and covered the serpentine belt with no problem. He was very receptive in making us feel heard and addressing any issues we had with the car during the promised 30 day warranty. He also assisted me through the insurance and finance process. Russell, the "Four Seasons" mechanic is honest and incredibly patient just like Gints. He leaves no stone unturned when fixing the car. They make a good team. It is important to them that they deliver the most near-perfect car possible. I cannot praise "Four Seasons Motor Group" enough, and would recommend them to anyone."

This big one of my many vehicle purchases this was definitely one of the best experiences my fiancé and I have had. They were recommended by friends who have purchased from them before. The owner was great and the managers explanation and description of vehicle was accurate l. Plain and Simple the customer service was exceptional and the vehicle is great. Looking forward to future purchases.
