As a customer, I had preconceived notion that all car salespeople operate sleazy. They live up to their slogan of creating relationships. I’ve been to several used car dealerships on the island, and out of all, these guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service. I normally wait until some time has passed to truly form an objective opinion on a product or service provider. It has been a few years since I've purchased my Benz from Auto Connection. I am very happy with the vehicle. Dragan and his crew were professional and courteous during the whole negotiation/purchase process. They were patient to answer my questions and address my concerns. I don’t usually write a review but Nikola and Dragan are amazing and genuinely I want to give them respect and aloha! I was in a hurry to sell my BMW since I moved off the island, so I visited couple dealerships and they gave me the best offer. I was browsing their cars and noticed they keep them beautiful and clean unlike the other dealers. Speaking of my car, I was misled by BMW dealership financial person, and having some troubles with cancellation for insurance. But Nikola is very knowledgeable and support me even after the deal!! What a heartwarming guy. You are my hero.
