2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350 Luxury 4MATIC

Wonderful service department!! We have been on the road for over 3 weeks in our 24’ Sprinter and had a problem with our tires, as they were showing lots of wear very suddenly. Not every dealership has the equipment necessary to work on these vans and we had been looking as we travelled to no avail until we came through new London. The service rep, Tracy couldn’t have been more professional or more friendly. She squeezed us in as we had no appointment and was able to walk us through as the guys put two new tires on so that we could safely continue our journey. We are very grateful for the help. What a terrific crew! Thank you all, I’m sure you saved us a blow out on down the road.

First I wanna start by say nobody asked me to write this review. I’m writing it because i really appreciate my car buying experience with Rebecca Ryan she took her time with me explain all features after the purchase was finalized. Took pictures of me and even got my mom flowers ???? Thank you Rebecca for making my car buying experience special??

Had a great experience with the service department. The representative was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining everything. I needed a check engine light code read and they got me in and out right away. Mercedes North Haven needed my car a whole day to pull codes and threatened a $199 fee if the issue was not covered by warranty. I highly recommend Mercedes New London for service issues.
