2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

I recently purchased a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat from Avid Autosports, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! This was an out-of-state purchase, which can often be a complicated process, but the owners, Tyler and Blake, made it seamless and straightforward, no hidden surprises. From the onset, Tyler was extremely responsive and transparent, providing me with regular picture updates throughout the sales process. They were not only very helpful but you can also tell they’re two “car guys” who are incredibly passionate about their work, which was clearly reflected in their customer service. They were flexible in arranging appointments, ensuring that the whole buying process was convenient for me. In terms of costs, I was charged reasonable fees of approximately $350. I also found the pricing of the car itself to be quite fair. What impressed me the most was the quick delivery of the car title via overnight FedEx. On the day, they did their best to transform the purchase day into a memorable 'occasion', adding an element of excitement to the entire process. :-) I guess the only area where I see room for improvement is in their ability to register out-of-state vehicles in more areas as they scale their business. However, this did not diminish my overall positive experience. In summary, I think it’s a very customer-centric dealership with no hidden surprises. Their commitment to transparency, responsive communication, and passion for their work sets them apart in the car dealership industry IMO. I have no criticisms and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a sporty car.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! They were extremely upfront with me the entire time and did not try to add any hidden fees. They even let me take the car off the lot to get checked out by a mechanic before I bought the car. I ended up getting a great deal on my Honda Civic Type R and I am extremely happy with it.

A great place run by enthusiasts and it shows. I drove nearly 100 miles out of my way to test drive a car there. They let me take it out for an extended test drive so I could really get a feel for if it was right for me. It ultimately wasn’t, but there was zero pressure. Tyler spoke with me at length and helped me narrow down what I was looking for and gave me advice on what to watch out for on used Corvettes. Ended up finding the right one at a place near my home and he was stoked for me. Feel like friends more than dealers for sure. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back if the opportunity arose again.
