This dealer is amazing. Tim and the owner have been great to work with. They walked me through every step of the sale with little to no pressure, transparent and helped me through financing making the process near painless. They followed up after the sale to see how I was doing with it and have been amazingly responsive when asking after the sale questions. Having bought a Volvo from them and getting a weird High Beam error, they attempted to resolve themselves and when they weren't able they brought in a Volvo specialist. I have an amazing car that was affordable with all the options I could imagine and I will buy from them again! EDIT: +8 months after the purchase Marty and the the team rock! Took my car into Volvo for service and found that the vehicle software couldn't be updated. Floyd's went above and beyond getting me into a specialist and then into Volvo to get this remedied and they covered the cost. I don't know of another dealer that would have done that outside of Warranty or a Service Contract. Thanks guys!!

Thank you Floyd's for your great customer service! The buying process was very up front. They were very clear it had damage before, I got pictures and he showed me in the car what they fixed. I got a steal of a deal and they were very easy to work with. I would totally buy another car from Floyd's.
