We just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service we received from your staff. We broke down on Rt 95 on our way home from vacation in our RV which had a 2007 Mercedes-Benz sprinter engine. We called your service dept and Jaime was terrific in getting us in for service asap, and told us that they had the best Sprinter van repair technician in the area. The best news yet! Ty met us in the parking lot with an enthusiastic greeting and reassured us that he will fix the problem and have us on our way in no time. Music to our ears! The staff was very accommodating and the waiting room very comfortable. Unfortunately, they did not have the part needed to fix the engine, but they would overnight it. So we were shuttled to a nearby hotel and picked up the next day when the job was completed. Ty was terrific and took time with us afterwards to look under the hood and explain a few important things about this type of engine. Although it took us 4 days to get home instead of 2, we were very fortunate that we 'broke down' only a few miles from your dealership! Special thanks to Ty! Very professional all around! Thank you!
