I had an AMAZING experience with Mullins’s Ford New Smyrna Beach: i don’t give many reviews, but this dealership and my sales associate deserve high raves.. Taylor, my sales associate is one of the nicest and most honest guys out there. A truly genuine guy!!! I went there after visiting several dealerships that had hidden or high dealer fees for a similar car. I walked in expecting the same, even as much as feeling embarrassed after completing the purchase. My Finance manager Ashley, was also so amazing!! She was not pushy, explained everything very clear and even found me a lower rate than my bank, saving me an additional $30 a month!! She didn’t have to do this, but she did. Thank you Ashley!! I was waiting for a surprise fee to pop up. But there were no surprises. This is the truth. They kept the car for an additional day to take to the service department, to make sure the car was in great working order. This is were I thought, here we go, but not at all. They have the clear to sign papers and pick up the car. They recommended tires, but didnt push it, and I declined. They found a loose tray latch and replaced part for free. I am still in shock that this place exists, a good shock and a very happy car buyer that had a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest and straight forward dealership. I am still in shock that they did what they advertised and If I could give this Dealership a 10 rating I would. Thank you Taylor, Ashley and Mullins Ford New Smyrna Beach! I had the best experience ever when getting my new car. All of the people were so incredibly kind and helpful! I really felt like I was dealing with family. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They are straight up and honest and very professional. Nick, Josh, and Chris were an absolute pleasure to deal with when getting my new car. I LOVE my car and I’m so happy with the whole experience. Plus, they all welcomed me back for any need, even if I just wanted to have coffee, which was also excellent. I left there hugging everyone. Dealt mostly with everything through the phone witch was nice. Mike the sales guy I had was nice. Didn't feel pressured to buy the one I didn't want. Actually ended up with a way better vehicle than I thought I could get in the price range I could afford. Thank you!
