My wife had to get a new key made for her truck on Thursday. She noticed a truck on the lot that I might be interested in. I took a look on website and she was right. So I went to the dealership ship in the morning and the first person to meet me was Ben Rowan. I told him the truck I was looking at. So within 5 minutes I was test driving the truck. Returned back to dealership and told Ben I would like to buy the truck. Worked out financing and driving my new used truck home in just a few hours. Everyone there were fantastic.
My first brand new truck. Really wanted to say thanks to Koren and the entire Feldman team y'all were awesome. I only stopped by to compare a two trims and Koren was the first person to walk up and ask if we needed any help. When I said I was just looking she still took time to ask me questions and find the perfect truck for me to look at. What she didn't know nor I really until after I drove it the truck she grabbed was literally my truck. It was the exact truck I had saved while searching and went to look at different ones there to compare against. I feel like I was a little difficult when it came to the sale because I was adamant that I was not buying anything that day. Her team tried hard but she knew where I was and tried to ensure I didn't feel pressured. When we worked out a purposed deal I wanted to look at one last option just to really be sure I knew the truck she picked was the one for me. Got back about five minutes before close on Saturday to let her know it's what I wanted but I needed to wait till Monday so everyone else thought I thought about it. She totally understood and supported my thought process which was super helpful in keeping me from feeling pushed. I think she understood that if her team tried to push to hard I would sour on the process and try again in a couple months - I didn't need to buy a new truck, I just wanted too. She text me on the way home to see if there was any other information I needed and I let her know I was good and would message Monday morning. Needless to say but Monday morning I was headed to the dealership as soon as they opened. Koren already had my truck washed and gassed up and let me take it for another drive while they got all my paperwork in order. Once we got everything taken care and got to spend a few minutes with Greg in finance I was the proud owner of my new truck. Agian thank you so much Koren for understanding me and where I was coming from and trusting me when I said I will be buying a truck maybe not today but it happening and I will buy it from you. I'm glad to be Part of the Feldman family and see no reason to look else where for myself or the rest of the families car buying needs in the future. Already switched my preferred dealer and service department to Feldman and can't wait to get the new accessories I just ordered installed.
