Amazing car buying experience! I can not say enough about how great Ivana and Noel are. I drove from MD to look at a car I found online. I test drove the car and loved it. They answered all of my questions about buying a car in a state I didn’t live in. I put down a deposit and picked up the car two days later. When I arrived there was a huge red bow on the car! Such a nice gesture. We sat down to do the paperwork and it was like talking to friends. If you are looking for a personal and ZERO pressure car buying experience this is the dealership for you!!
I meant to post this a loong time ago but life got a little busy and I wanted to share my full experience. Anyways, I had the BEST experience buying my very first car here. I'm not gonna lie, the fact that the shop only has 5 star reviews made me a little suspicious at first, but I had an overall good feeling about this place and wow, they seriously earned their 5 stars! Specifically Ivana was one of the sweetest people I have ever met in my life. Her husband seems so kind too! Ivana went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I could feel that she truly cared and genuinely wanted nothing but the best for me. I put down a nonrefundable deposit (that went towards my payment) because I had been looking for a Beetle for months and this one seemed literally perfect. I took a bus from Charleston overnight to get to Charlotte and she texted me first thing in the morning to ask if I was safe and if I needed any help. She drove me (in my beetle that I bought that day!) from the loan office to the auto shop and we quickly signed the paperwork and I had my BEAUTIFUL Beetle. I've now had my dream car for about 2 months and it is pretty much perfect. The only that doesn't work is the windshield wiper fluid but that's really not a big deal being as this is a 2003 Beetle in otherwise PERFECT condition (I don't mind cleaning it myself anyways) I love this place so much that I will only be getting my cars from here in the future if/when I need to replace my beloved Beetle.
