My buying experience went very smoothly at Plug In Auto all thanks to REED. My man, if you're reading this, THANK YOU. Such a great guy. He had no problem handing me the keys to the car to check it out and let me take it on multiple test drives. I ended up buying the car and he even showed me how to use the 4X4 system. I owe you a Yerba Mate next time I'm in town for sure!???????? The finance manager Izzy is a tough negotiator but overall nice guy. He's firm but fair when talking numbers. It took us a while to come to an agreement but once we finally did, he explained everything and answered my questions honestly which helped the transaction move smoothly. Would I recommend this dealership? Short answer is YES. Long answer is: Do your own research and make sure you check the car out thoroughly and maybe bring your mechanic. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they sell lemons here, (they actually have very nice cars) but used car dealerships aren't professional mechanics and cannot be expected to know every little detail about the cars they're selling. Many used car dealers sell them "as is no warranty" which puts you in charge of inspecting the car. And yes, they do add markups on top of the advertised price, but don't freak out. It's a common practice for used car lots. Just do your research and decide if you're willing to pay for the extra protections.

I bought a Tesla model three from Nelson, great guy. Vito, The owner who I believe is the owner was the guy I was in contact with he’s very nice. Everything was great. I’ve had this Tesla for over a couple weeks now I’m in love with the car and I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I can’t thank them enough I didn’t think I was gonna qualify but i did . Also, the closing procedures were done so quickly I was in and out of there with him an hour and a half thanks to ms Dee .

Walked in and was ready to run away with the initial out the door price. Sean was the man who kept me in the door and was willing to negotiate and compromise, great customer service and straight to the point. Do your homework and gather as many quotes as possible. If Sean hadn’t been here I would have gone to another dealer. Glad we came to an agreement and were able to close the deal.
