I had the pleasure of dealing with Randy Blackwell. He’s straight up, knowledgeable and honest. The vehicle I was interested in was at the Lansing location but I live close to the Kalamazoo location and had limited time and wasn’t able to make it to Lansing for a test drive. Not an issue for Randy, he went and personally drove the truck to the Kalamazoo location so I could test drive it! He was able to tell me what he liked and didn’t like about the vehicle and really showed me that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. During the purchasing process, Randy was on it! He got me a great deal and still had no problems telling me a couple of interesting stories. Totally enjoyable process! Kudos to Randy and the team!
Incredible experience from top to bottom. Marti, Jenn, Simone and John were all a pleasure to work with and bent over backwards to ensure I loved the car. Which I absolutely do!
