We had a great experience at Norm Reeves Hyundai Service in Irving. Sully Sullivan was extremely helpful and very professional in his customer service approach. From the moment we arrived, he attended to us promptly, took the time to listen, and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently in a very professional manner. He made the entire service process smooth and stress-free. We also appreciated the complimentary car wash, which was a nice added touch. Overall, it was a great service experience, and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.
It has been 21 years since i bought a car from a dealer so going into the process I was loathing the process. I’m glad to say that my concerns were not warranted. I saw the vehicle I was looking for on auto trader and reached out to the dealership. Juan Rosas responded promptly and was able to give me all the information I needed. He was always quick to reply and never overly aggressive. Coming from 300 miles away I had my concerns but every step went smoothly. I flew in to pickup the car and they had a driver there to pick me up. Everything about the car was as promised and Juan went above and beyond to close the deal. Richie Johnson in finance continued with the smooth sale finalizing paperwork. Overall I would recommend Norm Reeves based on my experiences.

When it came time for the paperwork, the finance manager, Richie, made the final steps a breeze. He explained all of my options clearly, worked efficiently, and ensured I got the best possible terms. He made what is usually a tedious process feel quick and completely transparent. Kero and Richie make an amazing team.
