We purchased our vehicle from Houston. We were able to complete most of our paperwork details over phone/online in advance, so it was a very simple process once we were in person. Bill, our salesperson was AWESOME!! He communicated very well with us leading up, sent us pictures of everything prior. Once we arrived he had a snack for our 4yr old and was ready for us to test drive. He did a great job of reviewing the details and features of the vehicle with us. The finance manager was also AMAZING!! He was great at walking us through all the paperwork and explaining what each meant.
