I just got off the phone with a gentleman. Seemed very patient, very courteous on the phone, very accommodating, and kind. He did not try and rush me over, he said he would send me a video of a car I am interested in, AND best of all, the car that I was originally interested unfortunately has a deposit on it, BUT he told me how it was in the shop getting a seal replaced, for a leak. Hardan was exceptional. We came in and drove around the lot for a bit. Hardan was the only one who came out in the rain to speak with us. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle, with that being said we had so many questions and concerns. He was beyond patient with us and very informative.
