2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E400

Both Joe Davis and Eric Jendrucko took excellent care of us. Made sure we got exactly what we asked for at an even better price. We left extremely happy and will continue to do business with them.

I wrote a long review praising Nick and Eric and it just got deleted somehow so writing again that this is an amazing dealership. It's rare you find a place like this in the auto world where they provide first class customer service, and treat you like a partner. I had the best experience of my life in trading in my vehicle there and I highly recommend them. I will buy all of my future cars from USI and have them shipped to me. The other negative review I saw must have gone to a different place. These guys have been in business in Knoxville for many years and have a stellar reputation. Run don't walk to USI and you'll be glad you did. I kid you not!

I went to look at a Mercedes SUV and didn't like it. I drove it and it was nice, just not what I wanted. The sales manager, Eric, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for and what my price range was. I drove a BMW SUV and it wasn't quite what I was looking for either, but my wife loved it. I then drove a BMW sedan and fell in love. I came for one car, but ended up buying two because of the honesty and integrity of the staff. I was really impressed by how helpful they all were. They even were really nice to my 6 year old daughter who found the Barbie Ferrari in the show room. I expected they were diving front of her to stop her from touching it. Instead they were opening the door for her to look inside. I will never buy a car anywhere else!
