Bought a 2011 Honda CR-V from Markus at St. Charles Motorcars and had a great experience! The car was very clean and felt brand new. Markus is great to talk to and funny and not pushy like a lot of other salespeople I’ve met. He let me test drive the car by myself which was a huge reason I bought it because I could take it out on my own route and look at it under the bright lights at a nearby gas station. Overall the car was as advertised we just had to fix a small thing that I wouldn’t expect a standard checkup to catch and they were really great to work with us on that. Overall 5/5 experience with St. Charles Motorcars would shop here and work with Markus again!

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2001 Mazda MX-5 Miata from St. Charles Motorcars, and wanted to share my very positive experience in working with this dealership. I was purchasing the vehicle online and from out-of-state in Texas, my first time to purchase a vehicle in this way, essentially sight-unseen, and the process went smoothly and seamlessly. The folks at St. Charles really helped to put my mind at ease. I was paired with a very knowledgeable sales consultant, Corey, who was himself a Miata enthusiast. He was able to patiently answer all of my questions, set up a video walk-around of the car, and worked with me on negotiating a price we were all comfortable with. Corey even contacted the previous mechanic to do work on the car, confirming the service records and what work had been done, and replaced the burned-out fog lights on the car without me even having to ask. He also did a great job of lining up the interstate transportation needed to ship the car to me in Texas, at a very good price for an enclosed trailer. The dealership was also very prompt in completing the paperwork needed for me to register the vehicle in Texas and had the title sent to me quickly. I had been searching for some time to find the right color combination and condition of car that St. Charles had. I could tell from their website and in talking with them that they are serious car people, and carefully pick the best pre-owned cars available for their dealership. I am very happy with my purchase, the car showed up looking and working great right to my driveway, and the whole experience was a very positive one. I highly recommend St. Charles Motorcars.
