Their waiting area is spotless but if you’re on the go, Valenti offers a shuttle service to their customers which was incredibly convenient after I dropped off my vehicle and needed a ride to the train station downtown. Ashley made several phone calls to me later in the day to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I’m by no means a car-expert, yet everything Ashley communicated was clear and easy to understand. Not only did they correct the issue I was having, but they did so earlier than expected.
