Best car buying experience for me ever!!! From the time I made the appointment, arriving and starting the process with Angel who patiently listened to what I was looking for, until he helped me find what I wanted and could afford this was a very positive experience. I was looking for a specific car that I’d owned before that was no longer made and PinkDot had it. My boyfriend and I drove 3.5 hours to see the car and worked with Angel. He was very chill, friendly, helpful, and informative. He was also kind enough to hold the car for me so that I could prepare financing through my bank. We kept in constant communication through the process and he even communicated with my banker to get everything squared away. When my boyfriend and I drove back, he had everything ready to go, all he needed was a few signatures and then we were off! When buying a used car…you’re buying a used car. You have to be reasonable, realistic and prepared for maintenance and repairs that come along with time. PinkDot offers the option of a 3 day or 250 mile return, an amazing extended warranty that covers almost everything major, as well as not only encouraging pre-purchase inspections, but also offering delivery for inspection within an 8 mile radius of the dealership via the New Car Store and Lemon Squad. They are pretty straightforward with everything and all of this information is available on their website. With that being said, the car is in excellent condition and everything sounds and works exactly as it should. I would 100% buy another car from Angel. Side note: If you are looking for something specific that you don’t see, you can tell Angel exactly what you want down to every detail and he’ll keep an eye out for you. I’m really particular so I think this is important information to share for others who are also particular and looking for a car.
