I recently purchased a slightly used 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive35i from iCars Chicago. At first when I called I was concerned about purchasing a car over the internet, I had never purchased a used car this way. I spoke with a gentlemen named Jasin and requested videos of the car and Jasin immediately went out and shot videos of the areas I requested and texted them to me. After speaking with him several time on the phone that day I became comfortable with making this purchase. All of this happened on January 6th, 2024, I authorized the down payment with a credit card that same afternoon. Jasin sent me paperwork to sign and return and I wired the money for payment of the car on the following Monday. Jasin assisted in making the shipping arrangements and had the transport company pick up the car the same day and delivered to my home in Ghent, KY the following day, Tuesday afternoon. Two days later on Thursday morning I drove the car to our local BMW Dealer in Cincinnati, OH and they confirmed the car was in excellent condition with actual mileage of 11,600 miles. It is an amazing car I would not hesitate to purchase another car from iCars Chicago. Make sure to ask for Jasin, he earned my trust and respect in just a few hours. Richard W.
