So Cargill Chevy has a great service department that I have dealt with before, but this past Friday for the first time I was talking with Aaron in the sales department and Anthony in the finance department They were very friendly and easy to work with. I felt at ease while buying my second new vehicle ever and felt like I got a good deal on my trade-in with my old truck. cargo Chevy will definitely be my new Goto dealership. by far the best dealership I have dealt with I gave the service department and the sales department five stars. I went to Cargill Chevrolet in Putnam Ct. to buy a 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500hd crew cab. I had one of the best salesman that I've ever dealt with (Aaron Dalpe). He was very patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the deal done for me. I would absolutely go there again, to buy another vehicle. After a full year I finnally had a dealer that was willing to negotiate over the phone. I work 6 days a week 10hrs a day. I dont have the time for the BS. Aaron was FANTASTIC. He put his faith in me that I wasn't BS him. I was able to bring all the documents required & drove my new truck home once all the paperwork was completed. I hope other dealers see this and take note. Not all of us need to see your shop, waiting area, or whatever else you're pushing. We just want to get to the bottom line & buy. I highly recommend Cargill to anyone that doesn't want high pressure sales tactics. It was worth the wait & LOVE my new truck
